FAQ

Do I have to shop online?
Yes please. It's the safest and most secure method of payment,
so we currently only accept online orders. If you are local and would
like to pick up your poster, please get in touch and we can arrange it.


Do you ship overseas?
Not currently, sorry! We ship to the UK only.


What about postage?
We ship all our posters by Royal Mail First Class post. The cost of
postage and packaging within the UK is included in the total poster price.
Please allow 5 working days, particularly around the Christmas period,
the postmen get busy then!


What payment methods do Purpose accept?
We currently only accept payments via PayPal. Don't have an account?
Don't worry, you can still pay with your card through the PayPal site.


Refund policy
Don't like the poster? We're very sorry to hear that.
We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of goods in a new
or saleable condition, returned within two weeks of shipment receipt.
We do not refund shipping costs, sorry.

Should you wish to return goods, please let us know via email
within 7 days of shipment receipt.


VAT receipt
Need a VAT receipt? No problem. Just email us at
accounts@purpose.co.uk with your name / order number and 
we will organise this for you.
